Return policy
1. All orders are not subject to cancellation, exchange and refund.

After-Sales policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods, please contact us via Instagram @suavefloral 4 hours after receiving the goods for a one-time after-sales service. Please provide unboxing videos and clear pictures (individual photos for each single after-sales item, and photos of all after-sales items putting together). If the goods are delivered via SF Express or Gogovan/Lalamove, the effective after-sales time will be calculated within 4 hours from the time when the package arrives at the destination.
After-Sales policy for Flower Jar series
1. The Flower Jar series does not provide after-sales service. 

After-Sales policy for weekly flower subscription
1. The flower package does not have a standardized number of flowers and stems, so the flower package does not provide stem-by-stem after-sales service. If half or more of the flowers have severe botrytis, please provide the unboxing videos and contact us to apply for a full refund. Other losses will not be compensated, and the buyer cannot cancel or reject the order due to shortage of goods.

After-sales tips for buying flowers in bulk
1. No after-sales service is provided for 20% loss. If there is more than 20% problem with the flowers, the after-sales service will be based on the proportion of the bare flower price of the order. Other losses will not be compensated, and the buyer cannot cancel or reject the order due to shortage of goods.

Common issues for fresh flowers, which are not guaranteed after-sales
1. Due to seasonality, humidity, temperature, etc., colors, sizes and stems of the same flower may vary.
2. Light-colored flowers are prone to creases during transportation. Please understand that there is no after-sales service for creases.

Broken stems/Botrytis
1. For single-headed flowers, there would be after-sales service for broken stems and severe botrytis (i.e., rotted to the center or stem).
2. For multi-headed flowers, there would be after-sales service for severe botrytis (i.e., rotted to the center or stem), no after-sales service for broken stems.

Out of stock
1. The flower supply changes rapidly in the market. If the flowers ordered are out of stock, the out-of-stock flowers will be fully refunded. If you would like to replace flowers with similar colors when out of stock, please contact us via Instagram @suavefloral after placing your order.

Wrong goods / missing goods
1. Please provide the unboxing videos and contact us to apply for a full refund for incorrect goods/missing goods. Other losses will not be compensated, and the buyer cannot cancel or reject the order due to shortage of goods.
